5. New Business
- Subdivision Submittal of a 34.41 acres from tax parcel 22-19-0005 to create a new Lot 1. The newly created Lot 1 will be consolidated with the adjacent Tax Parcel 22-19-0068. The residual portion of tax parcel 22-19-0065 will remain under the ownership of Fayette County C/O The Board of Commissioners. The newly created Lot 1 will be transferred to and held under the ownership of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette, Pennsylvania.
