Legal Ad (Public Notice)– start of the 45-day public comment period

In accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (Act of 1968, P.L.805, No. 247 as reenacted and amended), the Menallen Township Board of Supervisors are announcing the start of the 45-day public comment period for the Menallen Township Comprehensive Plan update that will commence on June 7, 2024 and end on July 22, 2024.  The draft plan is available for review at the Menallen Township Municipal Building, 427 Searight-Herberts Road, Uniontown, PA 15401during normal business hours.
